1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kiss981 platform operated at kiss981.club (hereinafter "kiss981", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Player", or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kiss981 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

2.Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on kiss981, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The kiss981 platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. kiss981 performs mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) on all accounts.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kiss981 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from the platform.
• Participation in online gambling via kiss981 is not prohibited under any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are the lawful holder of any payment method used to fund your kiss981 account.

kiss981 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

3.Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kiss981 account. The registration and use of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances subject to investigation.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not disclose your login details to any other person. kiss981 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

kiss981 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kiss981 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Accepted via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other payment methods made available from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and subject to change. Deposits are credited in real time under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements. Standard processing times are 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and same business day for bank transfers, though kiss981 does not guarantee specific processing times.
• KYC Verification: Withdrawals above threshold amounts require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, including submission of a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport). kiss981 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• Declined Transactions: kiss981 reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Currency: kiss981 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise on the platform.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

kiss981 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. kiss981 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly on the applicable promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or any form of fraudulent activity will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

6.Gameplay Rules

All games available on kiss981 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer action in real time. kiss981 does not influence, modify, or interfere with game outcomes.
• All live dealer games are streamed from internationally certified studios. Results are final once the round closes and cannot be reversed except in the case of a demonstrable technical error acknowledged by kiss981.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, kiss981 will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all bets placed. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled once confirmed.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiss981 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Collusion with other players or with casino staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or exploited error will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identity information.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the kiss981 platform, software, or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kiss981 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss981 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of kiss981 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without the prior written consent of kiss981 is strictly prohibited.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiss981 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or maintenance periods.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit kiss981's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.Responsible Gaming

kiss981 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we actively support measures to minimise gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set or reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic reminders and session duration caps are available.
